It is located in [[Ruin Valley]] on [[Fortune Island]] and is the place where players will get the {{key|III|Sapphire}}, which, in conjunction with the {{key|III|Ruby}}, allows [[Celio]]'s Network Machine to connect to [[Lanette]]'s [[Pokémon Storage System|PC system]] in [[Hoenn]], and enables [[trade]]s with {{3v2|Ruby|Sapphire|Emerald}}, {{pkmn|Colosseum}}, and {{Pokémon XD|XD}}. A Team Rocket scientist, [[Gideon]], will steal it, though, and the player must venture back to [[Chrono Island]] to retrieve it from him.
