Once There Were Greenfields (Japanese: ナタネとサボネア!さよならは誰のため! Natane and Sabonea! Farewell to Whom?!) is the 54th episode of Diamond & Pearl. It first aired in Japan on November 15, 2007 and in the United States on April 19, 2008.
Ash and friends arrive in Emeragrove Town and reunite with Gardenia, the Eterna City gym leader, who is organizing a Pokémon battle for children to watch. At the suggestion of Gardenia, Ash and Dawn battle against the Template:Type2 Gym Leader and James.

Errors
- When Pachirisu used its attacks on Turtwig and Cacnea, in inflicted a lot of damage, despite Cacnea and Turtwig being Grass-types.
- Just before Aipom used Focus Punch, Cacnea looked like he was using Drain Punch outward. It should have twisted it inward.
