In Japan, this card was one of eight possible S-P Promotional cards available in promotional packs awarded to participants of Pokémon Card Gym tournaments starting July 2020. This print features the Pokémon Card Gym logo.

Cara Liss is a mysterious researcher in the Galar region who revives Fossils. One of the Diglett sculptures in the north of Galar Route 6 is featured in the illustration.
