This episodes starts where it came from, Ash battle an unnamed with his Scraggy battling Darumaka. Scraggy manage to defeat him using Hi-Jump Kick. It then focus aganst other trainers fighting thier own Pokemon. With Stephan's Sawk fighting aganst Gurdurr and Stephan wins. Cameron wins with Ferrothorn aganst with Amoonguss and Virgil wins with his Glaceon aganst Reuniclus. Afterwards, the tournament choose the quarter final. Ash will battles against Stephan, much to Ash shock.
After the second round, the trains begins to rest for the tomorrow. As Cilan, Iris and Bianca walk, Bianca immiedeatly realize that there's a Ice Cream selling heads to purchase Ice Cream. Axew notice a ballon floating. Meanwhile, Ash and Stephan have their arguring who will win. Cameron becomes excited because there will be fireworks in night, and he and Riolu runs to create tent. Cilan could suspect that he will make an investigation, but Iris finds where Axew got disappeared. At Vertress City, Bianca is sititng on chair, eating Ice Cream. The group decides to use their Pokemon to search for Axew. Ash sends out Pikachu, Oshawott and Scraggy while Iris sends out Emolga. Meanwhile, Axew and Russet and his family and friends are picnikg and the group are celbrates of russet for making thourgh the second round. An old lady give Axew food for him. Axew notice girl giving Lillipup an food, which leads him loss of Iris.
Meanwhile, Pikachu, Scraggy, Oshawott and Blitzie are still in search of Axew. Whilist Pikachu and Scraggy try Shoutland to help it for search, Oshawott noticing Apple using for Trubbish. The group of Trubbish noticing Oshawott coming and hides. Oshawott finds bunch of Apple and eats them all. Emolga and Swoobat manages to finds where Axew got lost. Trubbish sees all the apple that Oshawott ate them all. Realizing that Oshawott ate it, Garbodor and Trubbish heads on their way to search Oshawott for what he done. Meanwhile, Cameron and Riolu manage to repair their camping. But Iris finds the hat that Axew got and they countiune to search. Cameron is upset for destroying their camp for the second time. Meanwhile, Axew cry that he got lost. But Pikachu and other Pokemon manage to find and reunite, however, Garbodor and Trubbish arrive, having come for revenge for Oshawott eating Apple.
