(Japanese: 遠藤 Endo) is a character of the day who appeared in JN052.
Endo is a former student of Professor Cerise and knew Chloe when she was younger. In JN052, he sent Professor Cerise a supply of vegetables and wrote about having trouble with a group of Diglett and Dugtrio ravaging his field.
Endo was reunited with Chloe, when she visited the field alongside Ash and Goh who came to help deal with the Diglett and Dugtrio. Endo stopped Goh from attempting to catch his Voltorb and explained the situation to them. They worked hard to save the vegetables from the Diglett and Dugtrio and Goh came up with a plan to catch the Diglett and Dugtrio. Goh succeeded in catching a Diglett and the Dugtrio and the remaining Diglett proceeded to leave.
Endo, Ash, Goh, and Chloe followed them where they encountered Team Rocket and with Goh's newly caught Dugtrio, was able to send them blasting off. On realizing the ground from Dugtrio was useful in farming, Goh left Dugtrio with Endo as they headed back to Cerise Laboratory.

| Voltorb is Endo's first known Pokémon. Voltorb shocked Chloe's Eevee when she approached it and was nearly caught by Goh, before he was stopped by Endo. Voltorb tried chasing after the Diglett and Dugtrio that were ravaging Endo's field but was unable to stop them.

| Dugtrio is Endo's second known Pokémon. Dugtrio was the leader of a group of Diglett that were eating the crops at Endo's farm, but was ultimately caught by Goh to stop them. However, after Goh realized that Diglett and Dugtrio also help to cultivate soil, he gave Dugtrio to Endo so that it could continue to work for the benefit of the farm. | ||
