Soul Dew

Soul Dew is a item obtainable in Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. It is attached to all wild Latios and Latias that resides on Hoenn's Southern Island. It raises the Sp. Attack and Sp. Defense by 50% on whatever of the Lati@s du it is attached to. It is wortheless if attached to any other Pokémon.

In the anime, it appeard in the movie Pokémon Heroes there it is used to guard Johto's Alto Mare. It contains the soul of Latios who saved the city from being drown in water. On order from Giovanni, the Team Rocket duo Annie and Oakley was looking after the soul alongside the Latios offsprings and the guardians of the city, Latios and Latias. If being attached on Defense Mechanism of Alto Mare (DMA), the person(s) can drown the city in water aswell, block all exits in the city aswell as awaken the fossil Pokémon Kabutops and Aerodactyl.
