Dewgong (Cerulean Gym)
Misty's Dewgong was a lazy seel which was under the care of her sister's. When she returned to the gym she preformed in the mermaid show. During then team rocket tried to attack and evolve to save Misty. Dewgong was the gym's pokemon so when she reclaimed the gym she gained ownership of Dewgong.
