Stella
Stella (Japanese: アツコ Atsuko) is a one-time character in the Pokémon anime who appeared in It's Mr. Mime Time! Her English voice actress is Tara Jayne and her Japanese voice actress is 雪乃五月 Satsuki Yukino.
Stella was the ringmaster of a Pokémon circus on the outskirts of Pallet Town. The star of the show was a Mr. Mime, but one day it stopped listening to Stella and just sat in its trailer all day eating and becoming overweight. The reason why this happened is because while Stella was raising her Mr. Mime, she was too hard on it.
In an attempt to convince Mr. Mime to return to the show, Stella made Ash dress up as a Mr. Mime. She hoped that this would make Mr. Mime jealous and want to return to the show. However, Team Rocket kidnapped Ash, thinking he was a real Mr. Mime.
Eventually, Team Rocket used a rubber tank in order to attack the circus. After both Pikachu and Charizard failed to stop it, another Mr. Mime came to the rescue by creating an invisible wall so the tank couldn't get through. Stella's Mr. Mime was inspired by the younger Mr. Mime, and helped it trap Team Rocket behind an invisble wall.
Mr. Mime decided to stop loafing around in its trailer and to rejoin the show. The other Mr. Mime was adopted by Ash's mom and renamed Mimey.
