Shiny Forme
Is it me, or is the blue in it's shiny forme similar to the blue Great balls? Voltorb shares this trait. It would be fitting; Living PokéBalls, and living great Balls...--Nostalgia 23:52, 1 January 2009 (UTC)

- Electrodes hight/diamiter(assuming it is a perfect sphere, this is used to find its over all mass) and wheight suggest that it is less dens than water meaning it should be able to float. However it does not learn the hidden move SURF in any games up to date. EpicShadow 9:44, 16 July 2010 (UTC)
