Pokémon Center lady
The Nurses are operators of Pokémon Centers in the games. They had all been unnamed before a nurse named Casey (Japanese: メディ Medi) appeared in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. However, it remains unknown if this name applies to any other nurse in the games, let alone all of them.
In the games
A Nurse operates every Pokémon Center in Pokémon games. Unlike their anime counterpart, there is no evidence to support that the in-game nurses are related. Since many characters in-game feature the same over-world sprites (the nurses included) it is impossible to tell whether or not these nurses all look the same.
In Pokémon Yellow, the Nurse appears under a different overworld sprite. She is more similar to the anime's Joy than in any other game, and is even accompanied by Chansey in every center. Furthermore, an old news page from Game Freak on Pokémon Yellow suggests that her name is Joy (ジョーイ) -- the same as in the anime. This seems to apply only to Yellow, as many aspects of Yellow are based on the anime.
In Generation II, the Nurse in Fuchsia City has green hair. It is unknown if this has any significance. Interestingly, in the second floor of all Generation II Pokémon Centers, there are multiple green-haired nurses.
In Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, a nurse participates in Super Contests with a Chansey nicknamed Pinky. The nurse herself is named Casey; it is unknown whether (and unlikely that) all nurses in the game are so named.
A nurse named Teala appears in every Center in Generation III (second floor) and IV (basement).

In the TCG
In Expedition Base Set there is a Supporter card called Pokémon Nurse. The art on this card slightly resembles Joy from the anime, but has blue hair. The nurse appearing on the card also seems to have been based on the game's nurse, since the TCG is based on the games, rather than anime.
Trivia
- The official Ken Sugimori's artwork of Nurse was revealed long ago on a Game Freak webpage. Later, the Nurse got a completely different artwork in the TCG. The original artwork shows the Nurse as having long, dark blue hair, a red dress with a blue Poké Ball on the bottom of it, and a red nurse's cap.
