(Japanese: ヒカリ・新たなる旅立ち! Hikari - Setting off on a New Journey!) is the first spin off of the Diamond and Pearl series of the Pokémon anime. It first aired in Japan on February 3, 2011 in a one hour special with SS025.
Synopsis
Template:Incomplete synopsis After journeying with Ash, Dawn spent the days slowly in her hometown of Twinleaf. She dreams of being a Top Coordinator like her mom Johanna. This makes her determined to travel to a new region and begin training again. However, she was recently undecided about which of her Pokémon to take in her journey. With that predicament, Dawn goes to Professor Rowan's Lab. There she meets Cinco, a girl also worried about which Pokémon to take. Cinco faces a similar situation as Dawn starting out as a trainer for the first time. What's going to be the answer Dawn gets!?
