Is it really known as wikicode though? I thought it was generally referred to as wiki markup or wiki syntax...
PS: Just code the section heading example manually. It's just wrapped in <h2><span class="mw-headline">. TheChrisD Rants•Edits 18:02, 21 August 2010 (UTC)
- I've always called it and known of it as wikicode, which is why I titled the page as such :D
- Thanks for the headline code. Know a way to make it not show up in the TOC? —darklordtrom 07:59, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
- I think that would involve editing one of the site-wide css files or fiddling with MediaWiki itself or something. I couldn't find any magic words in the MediaWiki help wiki which would do that. You could always fake it. For example:
Section heading |
Section heading |
Section heading

- Not identical, but it's close. I doubt many people would notice the difference if they weren't side-by-side. And you could probably make them even more similar with a little more fiddling. Also, note that the first two methods both show up in the TOC if it is forced on this page. Werdnae (talk) 09:16, 23 August 2010 (UTC)
