I read your message and the comment made with the reversion months earlier. The conversation was not going to go anywhere, as it was apparent from the beginning what you had thought. Look at the discussion regarding the deletion of the [[Crystal Onix]] page, you just keep restating the point and will not consider anything else, let alone the alternative measures suggested in regards to that matter. And you would approach this case exactly the same, much to my frustration. | |||
I immediately went somewhere else, and higher up, to get their opinion, not to force change, but to feel resolved about it. I sighted a consistency issue, hence why I acted in good faith thinking "I'm just bringing this page up to scratch", as I've not seen that particular structure on a page, especially a one-time character. The particular user I went to is both knowledgeable and generally consults the other admins in regards to such changes, adding weight to any final decision. That is an approach I find to be far more cohesive and less like a ton of bricks. | |||
You are great when I need someone to review a new page, ask about finding something and policy in general. However, there have been issues I've brought to your attention in the past and yet it wasn't addressed properly, and the issue was prolonged because no one intervened, fully aware of the conduct that was happening and how wrong it was.
