:::::::This is just my opinion, but I believe that the rate of finding them is about 10%, disregarding the Pokemon's actual encounter rate. Therefore, for instance, if N owned a Tynamo which only has 2% encounter rate, it would be 10% instead. That's how I see it anyhow, I could be wrong.
