After Jello's retirement, the Archives lacked an individual leader and was instead led jointly by the heads of the two other Bulbawikis: {{u|MAGNEDETH}}, {{bp|Editor-in-Chief}} of [[Bulbapedia]], and {{u|RexRacer}}, Editor in Chief of [[Bulbanews]]. On December 14, 2011, {{u|Kogoro}} took over this role as the Archives Liaison.
 Bulbagarden Archives is overseen by an [[a:Archives:Advisory Council|Advisory Council]], headed by the Archives Director, that collaborates on all executive decisions, including the making of policies.
