Wow. No one bothered to talk about Bulbagarden Archives. SeanWheeler 16:05, 4 April 2010 (UTC)
Well, I'm going to. I don't know why nobody has yet, but as long as it's okay with everybody else, I'm going to start double checking all my facts, and editing.ShadowCloak789 07:54, 31 December 2010 (UTC)
sound files
Do you know what Bulbagarden Archives needs? Sound files. If you need to hear the cry of a pokémon, record it's cry. If you need to hear background music, rip off a song from the soundtrack. SeanWheeler 16:06, 4 April 2010 (UTC)
Unlocked?
When will the archives be unlocked, since the other (bulba) wikis have been unlocked? PattyMan 02:21, 29 August 2011 (UTC)
Active
Just curious, why is it that there are more users active on bulbapedia than the archives? PattyMan 18:27, 15 February 2012 (UTC)
- Bulbapedia, besides being more well know is the actual encyclopaedia, a lot of editable information. The archives however is essentially for image storage, and new users can't upload if I recall correctly, and as such all they can really do is edit image descriptions. --Spriteit 14:33, 16 February 2012 (UTC)
XY Release
The archives still seem to be locked from non-Bulba staff "in preparation for X and Y." This seems to be useless now that the games are released worldwide, and many images are still needed (sprites, maps, etc.) Schiffy (Speak to me|What I've done) 19:50, 29 October 2013 (UTC)
- I completely agree. --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 07:45, 30 October 2013 (UTC)
Posting
So I'm really new to this editing thing but a have a good picture for Thunderbolt and not really sure how to post stuff on Bulbagarden Archives. I read the guide to bulbapedia so I understand how to change the text and that a need to post a picture on Bulbagarden Archive to use it but I'm still confused on how to get a picture onto Archives so that I can use it. - unsigned comment from Bobbywashear2 (talk • contribs)
- You may want to consult the Archives and its policies, in particular its FAQ. I believe you need explicit approval to upload 3DS screenshots as well, and/but surely the Archives' staff are more of an expert than I am. Nescientist (talk) 01:37, 4 July 2017 (UTC)
