'''Oscar''' (Japanese: '''オスカー''' ''Oscar'') and '''Andi''' (Japanese: '''アンドリュー''' ''Andrew'') are a young couple from [[Hoenn]] who are deeply in [[shipping|love]] with each other.  They are the [[Character of the day|characters of the day]] in ''[[AG072|The Bicker the Better]]''. Oscar is voiced by 千葉一伸 ''Isshin Chiba'' in Japanese and [[Wayne Grayson]] in English. Andi is voiced by 川瀬晶子 ''Akiko Kawase'' in Japanese and Kate Petterle in English. They have been based off the [[Young Couple]] trainer class, though they are much better dressed than the game class.

Oscar and Andi love taking part in [[double battle|double battles]] with their {{p|Nidoking}} and {{p|Nidoqueen}}. They also claim to have a knack for spotting couples in love. When they spotted {{Ash}} and {{an|May}} arguing, they claimed that each had [[AdvanceShipping|romantic feelings]] for the other. Ash and May's persistent arguing, combined with this accusation, diminished their concentration, and the enamored couple were able to defeat them without a problem. Similarly, they saw [[Jessie]] and [[James]], and claimed that, they too, were a [[RocketShipping|couple]]. Even though [[Team Rocket]] was able to look past this, they were still defeated.

* Two of the {{pkmn|Coordinator}}s from ''[[DP077|Staging a Heroes Welcome]]'' had strong resemblances to Oscar and Andi, the only notable difference being hair color. The Andi look-alike is in the top left corner and the Oscar look-alike is in the bottom right corner.
