Veilstone Game Corner: Difference between revisions

* Due to the removal of slot machines in European versions of Platinum in favor of game machines, dialog and other text inside the Game Corner has been altered to remove references to the slot machines and their gameplay. The only person whose dialog wasn't changed is the coin salesman. TM64 is given away at random by the Game Corner attendant.

* This is the first generation in which the large bonus for the slot machines was only 100 instead of 300, and a bonus round was activated after the bonus where the reward is 15 coins per spin. This may be due to the Japanese slot machine laws<ref>http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pachislo#Japan</ref> that limit the maximum payout for a single spin to 15. Many real-life slot machines in Japan do this as well, giving a bonus round after the large bonus has been activated. As well, none of the payouts besides the big bonuses are larger than 15. The slot machines also follow with the custom of playing energizing music and special scenes on the LCD, payout after payout.
