{{indent}}As I said on Flygon's talk page, the notability requirements says that is needs to be a signature Pokémon, if not, then it has to have had an impact on the plot. Flygon meets none of those requirements. Horacio's Vikavolt meets one of those requirements (being a signature Pokémon), hence why I approved it. Being a long time user here, I expected you to know the notability requirements for anime Pokémon by now.
