::On the one hand, my feeling is that if we follow that logic and include it there, why not pretty much everywhere? (And that "everywhere" can apply to quite a number of places.) I think that would just get messy.
::And on the other hand, this ''is'' an English wiki. Catering to non-English speakers (or, past a certain point (good writing, mainly), non-native speakers) is not really a driving force behind decisions made here. Just from a pratical viewpoint, I would say that ESL visitors of this site take the hazard of not understanding something on themselves, basically. And if anyone really wants, there are any number of places to ask for clarification (and I don't mean just around Bulbagarden).
