::I thought the movies were canon, such as reference to The Power of One in Season 5 (We saw a Lugia on the Orange Islands!). I'll go by the movies and Pikachu episodes as canon, but the episode before Holiday Hi-Jynx and the episode after Snow Way Out are clearly back to back, so those two holiday episodes are out of place. And notice how they are titled by name on this wiki rather than by number, as all other episodes are. :::Movies are canon, but Pikachu shorts usually aren't (there's a case to be made for a few though, mainly the ones Ash "appears" in). ''Holiday Hi-Jynx'' and ''Snow Way Out!'' are like that because of how they aired in the Japanese version.
