This card was released as a Regular card in the English {{TCG|Scarlet & Violet}} expansion on March 30, 2023 with artwork by [[Kouki Saitou]]. This print was first released in Japan as one of eight {{TCG|SV-P Promotional cards}} available in the ''Let's Start Playing Pokémon Card Game!'' campaign Promo Pack that was given to customers who bought 10 packs of {{TCG|Scarlet ex}} or {{TCG|Violet ex}} at select retailers starting January 20, 2023. It was also one of the possible cards in the {{TCG|ex Starter Sets|ex Starter Set Sprigatito & Lucario ex}} Promo Card Pack.

A {{TCG|Full Art card|Full Art}} {{TCG|SV Black Star Promos|SV Black Star Promo}} print of this card with artwork by [[Mina Nakai]] was available in the Koraidon version of the English {{TCGMerch|Scarlet & Violet|Series|Scarlet & Violet Elite Trainer Box}}. A second version with the {{OBP|Pokémon Center|store}} logo above the Retreat Cost was available in the Koraidon version of the {{TCGMerch|Scarlet & Violet|Series|Scarlet & Violet Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box}}. This print was released in Japan as a Holofoil {{TCG|SV-P Promotional cards|SV-P Promotional card}} available at the {{TCG|Triplet Beat}} Sealed Battle events held at participating Pokémon Card Gym locations starting March 10, 2023. In these Sealed Battles, groups of 4 participants each make a 40-card deck out of 15 Triplet Beat booster packs, a participation pack which includes Rare Candy and one of two Nemoma prints, and basic Energy cards provided by the venue. The winner of each Sealed Battle event will receive a Sealed Battle Promo Pack, containing either this card or a {{TCG ID|SV-P Promo|Miraidon|48}} Full Art. Once all matches are finished, a Rock-Paper-Scissors tournament will also be held for all four participants, with the winner of that tournament also receiving a Sealed Battle Promo Pack.
