It houses the [[Pokémon academy|Aspertia Trainers' School]], where {{adv|Cheren}} works as a teacher. During the arc, he taught a class that included {{adv|Blake}}, {{adv|Whitley}}, [[Hugh]], and [[Leo]]. After {{adv|Looker}} returned to [[Unova]] to resume his pursuit of the [[Seven Sages]], he traveled to Aspertia City to meet up with Blake, who was another [[International Police]] agent. Much to Looker's shock, Blake turned out to actually be his superior, despite his young age.
