:::See the previous section on this. :Do you know what caused the glitch to happen? Was there something you did during the battle that lead to it? If it is a newly discovered glitch and it can be documented on how it happens, it could be added to the article. The only thing I can think of that lead to it was two pokemon were knocked out in the same round but not at the same time. It's not fixable like the other glitch because I cannot select to send out another pokemon. I attempted to select a fainted pokemon and then my non-fainted one again and it didn't fix it. :Was pressing B to back out of the menu not an option? Frozen Fennec 16:41, 17 January 2020 (UTC)
It was not, it was expecting 2 pokemon to be sent out but I only had one and it wouldn't recognize that. Selocon (talk) 18:29, 17 January 2020 (UTC)
:Hey! I know this is a super late response, but I just stumbled into this, and I think I might know what the problem is. For you to be in this situation... two of your Pokémon must have fainted in the same turn, right? If I'm not mistaken, the game isn't asking you to pick a second Pokémon to send in - it's asking you to pick the Pokémon you want to replace. The first prompt expects you to choose a Pokémon that hasn't fainted, but the second prompt expects you to choose one of the two Pokémon that was just in battle; it basically just wants to know if it should send out the Pokémon on the left or on the right. (It's a weird and unintuitive mechanic in the context of doubles, but the reason it was added in Gen V is because position makes a difference for Triple Battles; it's definitely an intended feature and not a glitch!) No, that's not it. It will not let me select for the first part of that! I cannot select the pokemon to switch IN, as the only pokemon I have left is already out. Selecting that one will bring up the message of it already battling. However, I cannot move to another prompt/screen from the "select new pokemon" screen.
Double Battle Glitch in B2W2
This is my first contribution to Bulbapedia, and this is definitely not the first time this topic was brought up (see above). I just needed to confirm that the Double Battle glitch (this happened to me in a triple battle in the PWT) happens in Black and White 2. My Alakazam had 0 HP EVs but held a Focus Sash and was brought down to 1 HP without the Focus Sash activating. When it fainted, I couldn't send any more Pokémon out. Moreminds2005
DNS exploit
Should this page include information about the DNS exploit that lets people still obtain event Pokemon? sumwun (talk, contribs) 18:48, 28 April 2022 (UTC)
:I'm not sure. IIRC, it's not the usual kind of bug, obviously, there's something to it that's almost like hacking. Nescientist (talk) 12:35, 30 April 2022 (UTC)
