The Pearl Clan (Japanese: シンジュ団 Shinju-dan, literally Pearl Gang), is an organization based in the Hisui region. They worship a deity they call "almighty Sinnoh", who created space. This has led to fighting with the Diamond Clan, who claim almighty Sinnoh created time.

Trivia
- The Pearl Clan, along with the Diamond Clan, are not native to Hisui as said by verse 5 of the Old Verse.
- In Pearl Clan homes there are portraits of two unknown men resembling Alder and Archie.
- Only one of the members of the Pearl Clan keeps his Pokémon in Poke-balls, that being Ingo since he comes from the future and it is a normal practice by his times, in comparación for the rest of the inhabitants of Hisui.
