Should we mention tipping at all, since people will likely find this page trying to figure out what tipping does? :I think what we should do is make a whole page about tipping, with all the locations and amounts it's possible to tip. Being such a widespread feature, it deserves it, even (almost especially) if we don't know of any effect it has on anything. And if we do ever find something out, we can put it there.
