Rhonda and Mr. Mime

Rhonda (Japanese: トラン Toran) is a restaurant manager who lives near Saffron City who appeared in Hail to the Chef!.

Her Mr. Mime cooked using Psychic and its other capabilities. Even though it looks good, the food tastes terrible. Because of this, her twin sister, Rhoda, thought of it and her as an amateur in cooking. The twins eventually divided their restaurant into two. After Brock taught it how to cook tasty food by not putting everything it gets its powers on on the food, it became better in cooking.

Both sisters eventually had a competition to see who would run the restaurant. After helping Pikachu and their Pokémon escape Team Rocket's cage by using Trick and Psychic, her sister decided to have her run the restaurant. Rhonda decided to make her sister the co-manager as she was leaving and her Sneasel the head chef. Both of their Pokémon worked together to cook great food for Ash and his friends.
