Knowing that he cannot reach the HM unless he gets the Dragonite out of the water, Red directs [[Pika]] to lure the Dragonite out of the water. Once Dragonite is above sea level, Red has [[Lax]] fight the Dragonite while he quickly dives down to retrieve the HM.
