Effect

If used from the Bag, it changes the effect of a Pokémon's Nature on its stats to that of the Quiet Nature, increasing its Special Attack stat and decreasing its Speed stat.

Description

Games Description SwShBDSPLA When a Pokémon smells this mint, its Sp. Atk will grow more easily, but its Speed will grow more slowly. SV Having a Pokémon smell this mint can make its Sp. Atk stat grow stronger. However, its Speed stat may suffer.
