Pokémon world locations

The Polar Biome (Japanese: ポーラエリア Polar Area) is a large biome within the Terarium, located in the Unova region.

Geography

Places of interest

Chargestone Cavern

Main article: Chargestone Cavern

An entrance to Chargestone Cavern can be found in the center of the biome, at ground level.

Polar Plaza

Main article: Polar Plaza

The Polar Plaza is located in the northwestern portion of the biome. The player can challenge Drayton of the BB League here.

Polar Outdoor Classrooms

Two outdoor classrooms can be found in the Polar Biome. One is located at ground level in the center of the biome near the entrance to Chargestone Cavern; the other is located south on the mountain near the border to the Canyon Biome. The outdoor classrooms becomes a stop for Flying Taxis once visited.

Polar Rest Area

A rest area is located in the northern portion of the biome. A guidance counselor is found here, who will reward the player for defeating Trainers in the Polar Biome. The player can heal their Pokémon here and purchase items from vending machines.
