Furfrou (Japanese: トリミアン Torimian) is a Normal Pokémon.
Furfrou (Japanese: トリミアン Trimmien) is a Normal Pokémon introduced in Generation VI.

It is not known to evolves into or from any other Pokémon.
While it is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon, Furfrou has ten different forms.

Biology
Furfrou can have its hair trimmed into nine different styles, changing its appearance from its Natural Form into one of the following trims, each named after the style its fur is trimmed and dyed in: Heart Trim, Star Trim, Diamond Trim, Debutante Trim, Matron Trim, Dandy Trim, La Reine Trim, Kabuki Trim, and Pharaoh Trim. Furfrou will revert into its Natural Form if five days have passed since it was trimmed. Other circumstances may also cause it to revert<!--Please do not expand here-->.

In the anime
(Specifics may differ in past games. Refer to Game data→Form data for these details.)
Major appearances
Minor appearances
Biology
Furfrou made its debut appearance in Kalos, Where Dreams and Adventures Begin!.
Furfrou is a quadrupedal, canine Pokémon with thick, white fur that covers its black body apart from its paws and face. The fur is thicker and fluffier around its head and tail. It has round, red eyes with blue eyelids, a pointed snout with a round, light blue nose, and long rectangular ears. When its mouth is open, two pointed teeth can be seen on its upper jaw. Furfrou used to guard the king in the ancient times of Kalos and is known to be loyal to its Trainer.

A Furfrou appeared in Lumiose City Pursuit!.
Prior to Generation VII, Furfrou was the only known Pokémon that could have Fur Coat as an Ability.

Pokédex entries
Forms
Furfrou has ten different forms named after the style its fur is trimmed and dyed in: Natural Form, Heart Trim, Star Trim, Diamond Trim, Debutante Trim, Matron Trim, Dandy Trim, La Reine Trim, Kabuki Trim, and Pharaoh Trim.

In the manga
It is commonly seen with its fur trimmed and dyed into various styles. However, only those it trusts are allowed to cut its fur. In the past, aristocrats would even compete over who could trim its fur into the most exquisite style. Cutting its fur increases the swiftness of its movements.

Form data
Furfrou has ten different forms. It is in its Natural Form by default and can be groomed into one of nine different trims: Heart Trim, Star Trim, Diamond Trim, Debutante Trim, Matron Trim, Dandy Trim, La Reine Trim, Kabuki Trim, and Pharaoh Trim.

Evolution
It will remain with one of these trims for five days after being groomed, after which it will revert back to its Natural Form. Furfrou will also lose its trim when it is deposited in a Box (in Generation VI), withdrawn from a Box (in Generation VII), deposited in Bank, or deposited in the Pokémon Day Care or Pokémon Nursery. However, it is possible to deposit trimmed Furfrou in HOME by transfering it from GO via the GO Transporter.

*In Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, Furfrou can be groomed at the Pokémon Fan Club in Slateport City for PDollar500.
*In SMUSUM, Furfrou can be groomed for PDollar500 by a Punk Girl at Malie City's salon or, in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, a Beauty at Hau'oli City's salon.

Major appearances
Multiple Furfrou appeared in Grooming Furfrou!, including one that belonged to Jessica. It initially did not approve of her as its Pokémon Stylist and thus she had difficulties with it, but their relationship improved after TRT attempted to steal it. This episode featured Furfrou's Heart, Diamond, La Reine, and Kabuki Trims.
A Matron Trim Furfrou appeared in Awakening the Sleeping Giant!, under the ownership of Princess Allie. It was used in a battle against Ash, during which it was shocked by Pikachu's Thunderbolt. Because its fur was ruined in the process, and she was not content with Furfrou battling without looking beautiful, Allie forfeited the match.
A Dandy Trim Furfrou appeared in Dreaming a Performer's Dream!, under the ownership of Kayleigh. It competed with its Trainer in a Rookie Class Pokémon Showcase. However, their performance was interrupted by a Serena that appeared onstage and began imitating Furfrou's moves. After Pancham broke a stage lamp and fell on the stage, it ran off the stage in fear.
A Furfrou appeared in A Showcase Debut!, under the ownership of Alouette. It was briefly stylized into a Pharaoh Trim. It appeared again in Master Class is in Session!, where it was used in the Master Class Pokémon Showcase in Gloire City.

Three Furfrou appeared in Living on the Cutting Edge!. They were about to be trimmed by Yoko when a Ultra Beasts (anime) showed up and trimmed them instead. With their new trims, they resembled Alolan Vulpix and Ninetales, and Arceus, respectively. Although Yoko was unhappy with their new trims, the Furfrou were quite pleased by how they looked.

Furfrou (Japanese: トリミアン Trimmien) is a Normal-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VI.

While it is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon, Furfrou has ten different forms.

Other circumstances may also cause it to revert.

(Specifics may differ in past games. Refer to Game data→Form data for these details.)

Biology

Furfrou is a quadrupedal, canine Pokémon with thick, white fur that covers its black body apart from its paws and face. The fur is thicker and fluffier around its head and tail. It has round, red eyes with blue eyelids, a pointed snout with a round, light blue nose, and long rectangular ears. When its mouth is open, two pointed teeth can be seen on its upper jaw. Furfrou used to guard the king in the ancient times of Kalos and is known to be loyal to its Trainer.

Prior to Generation VII, Furfrou was the only known Pokémon that could have Fur Coat as an Ability.

Forms

Furfrou has ten different forms named after the style its fur is trimmed and dyed in: Natural Form, Heart Trim, Star Trim, Diamond Trim, Debutante Trim, Matron Trim, Dandy Trim, La Reine Trim, Kabuki Trim, and Pharaoh Trim.

It is commonly seen with its fur trimmed and dyed into various styles. However, only those it trusts are allowed to cut its fur. In the past, aristocrats would even compete over who could trim its fur into the most exquisite style. Cutting its fur increases the swiftness of its movements.

Major appearances

Multiple Furfrou appeared in Grooming Furfrou!, including one that belonged to Jessica.

However, their performance was interrupted by a Pancham that appeared onstage and began imitating Furfrou's moves.

A Trainer's Heart Trim Furfrou appeared in We Know Where You're Going, Eevee!. It encountered an Eevee, who tried to greet it, but it wasn't impressed by Eevee's look. It was then called away by its Trainer. It later appeared when Eevee and Popplio were running away from an Alolan Persian, and it was nearly hit by Aqua Jet.

Three Furfrou appeared in Living on the Cutting Edge!. They were about to be trimmed by Yoko when a Kartana showed up and trimmed them instead.
