Sand Rush (Japanese: すなかき Sand Paddle) is an Ability introduced in Generation V.
Effect
In battle
During a sandstorm, the Speed stat of Pokémon with this Ability is doubled. A Pokémon with this Ability will take no damage from the sandstorm if it otherwise would.
Outside of battle
There are no effects outside of battle.

During a sandstorm, in addition to not taking damage from a sandstorm, Sand Rush allows the use of a move twice in a turn, consuming only 1 PP.
