Origin

In the Pokémon games, Wally is a fledgling Trainer who meets the player several times throughout their journey. The card's artwork depicts him with his Ralts, which essentially serves as his starter Pokémon in Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. Wally offers a Pokéblock to his Ralts in the illustration.
