Dummy page for now, to test template changes, etc. that I'm doing.

New template (linelength 80), followed by old template from page (linelength 83):

# Icon Name Game
Generation I Generation II Generation III GCN Generation IV PW Generation V DW Generation VI FS
025 025 Pikachu C C C R C C C C C C C C C C C C C C Ev Ev Ev Ev C C C
025 Pikachu Pikachu C C C R C C C C C C C C T T C C C C C C Ev Ev Ev Ev T C C C T T T T T T T T T T

To note is linelength (which ignores the userspace path component, since that wouldn't be in main). Given that there are 721 Pokémon in GenVI, this should be reduced as much as possible. While the current indication only applies to GenI (which is the longest lines), it will be extended for the other templates once I get those made.

My Notes: A bit of optimization I hope to do is using an additional template for event-only Legendaries, which would default to 'Ev' rather then 'T' (which doesn't seem to be the case in what I've seen). This would really help to reduce the length of the lines. If anyone has any feedback about this, please feel free to create the Talk Page for here; if you do so, please notify me on _my_ Talk Page, so I can watch it. --TruePikachu (talk) 23:11, 28 February 2014 (UTC)

Given the failure of my first test, due to a lack of table markup, I believe that it might be somewhat useful to template the headers as well. Basically, putting the header structure in a template. This will save a bit of space on the page, while making it more availible for other uses (if anyone comes up with any relevant other uses). --TruePikachu (talk) 23:11, 28 February 2014 (UTC)

And apparently doing something like {{Avail-1|025|Pikachu|C|C|C|R|C|C|C|C|C|C|C|C|||C|C|C|C|C|C|Ev|Ev|Ev|Ev||C|C|C}} doesn't fill in default values, at least not with the current template. Gonna do research to get it working. --TruePikachu (talk) 23:11, 28 February 2014 (UTC)
