Tera Shell (Japanese: テラスシェル Tera Shell) is an Ability introduced in Generation IX. It is one of the signature Abilities of Terapagos.

Effect

In battle

When Terapagos is hit by a damage-dealing move at full HP (that does not have no effect due to type matchups), it will always be not very effective.

Outside of battle

Tera Shell has no effect outside of battle.

Trivia

• Tera Shell is the only method in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet that allows a Pokémon to take resisted damage from Stellar-type moves.
