One eye on VS Artwork!
I have a real VS Series Sugimori Artwork and It's clear he has only one eye in this depiction. Maybe the user who wrote this has a fake Artwork (maybe a Sugimori Style fanart). - Maxim
- I didn't see the "real VS Series Sugimori Artwork where it's clear he has only one eye". Can you upload it? -- Taylor
No problem. a:File:Will TCG VS.png Feel free to put it in article. - Maxim
Wow. But... in the manga he has two eyes... -- Taylor
Manga artists like to mess with character designs. Some character designs in manga are completely different than games. Or, maybe they just didn't know about it (Because this Artwork is extremely rare!) -- Maxim
It looks like two eyes to me Lovely Rose 03:06, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
I think it's just the way the mask is made. Master Lucario
- He has two eyes, he's just like Batman. You can see them both partly obscured in the VS sprite in HGSS. TTEchidna 20:24, 12 September 2009 (UTC)
- *abstains from pointing out that Taylor and Maxim were talking about this way back in 2006*.... Oh, for the love of timestamps.... —darklordtrom 20:48, 12 September 2009 (UTC)
- You can't see his left eye in the VS Banner in HG/SS... I've checked (dozens of times), and the right eye is the only one that's visible through the mask. FireMeowth 17:44, 13 September 2009 (UTC)

Light Blue Eyes?
I'm pretty sure that his eyes only LOOK light blue because of the white-tinted mask. Anyone here agree? --AndyPKMN 18:55, 10 December 2009 (UTC)
Visible Eye
Will's hair falls over the left side of his face, leading to his left eye being whited out in some depictions. This has spurred debate as to whether he has one functioning eye or two. This is rectified in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, where his overworld sprite clearly shows two eyes, both obscured by white. His mask thus acts like those of Batman and Robin.
This trivia needs changing or removed, yes you can see his eye, but that is in no way proof that he can see with it. Vuvuzela2010 18:01, 24 November 2010 (UTC)
Haruhi reference
Just before someone goes and reverts my edit, I want to know this: is there proof this reference was intentional? Official proof? Can you show me it? I know I shouldn't make topics on a talk page about trivial things such as this but seeing as there has been edit wars in the past over silly things like this, I thought I might as well justify removing the trivia point. --The Truth aka Relicant 13:09, 28 September 2013 (UTC)
Contests?
I might be the only one who's noticed this, but Will's attire seems to match that of a magician or a Coordinator. Although the former seems true in earlier generations, it seems to me that he looks more like a coordinator in the later generations. I've also noticed this in the Adventures manga. I was about to say in the anime, but Will and Karen (going by technicalities with Koga, Bruno and Lance) are the only members of the Johto Elite Four who haven't appeared in the anime. Does anyone else see it or is it just me? WATERWarrior67 21:56, 29 December 2014 (UTC)
something about the trivia i guess
well this page hasnt been talked on in 6 years but that wont stop me.

this is kind of a nitpick but are we sure that his eyes are functioning? because in masters he talks about there being a tree in front of the player. which isn't even there. is he just guessing theres a tree there even if he can't see.
ok i dont know. i just dont want to change something because im an idiot
