Is there an off-by-one error somewhere? I have 30 slots right now and the upgrade fee for the 31st slot is $3000. Blueapple128 (talk) 07:40, 23 November 2023 (UTC)
- Everything is still off by one for me; I tested several more slots and the 36th slot is $8000, etc.
- Random BS guess - does anything interesting happen when you receive non-Key items in a plot cutscene and your Bag is full? The first one I think of is getting Aguav Berries for the first time during that Massive Mass Outbreaks in the Mirelands request followed by Munchlax eating 5 of them in that same cutscene - what does the game do if your Bag is full at that time? - Dug around somewhat online and it says an extra slot is created just before battling (normal form) Dialga/Palkia, so the player always has room to hold the gifted Ultra Balls if they don't have any. That explains it. Blueapple128 (talk) 08:30, 24 November 2023 (UTC)
