:Yes, Trom is an admin. That page you linked to is supposed to show as Missingno as that is the default for the template. That way if something is missed it makes it a bit more obvious. The reason all the pages were temporarily showing Missingno is that (I assume) the admins were changing the pages and template back to what it was before [http://bmgf.bulbagarden.net/showthread.php?t=46076 the iPhone app fiasco], and so the parameters for the pages and the template didn't match up.
