Well, that's exactly what I'm doing. I was on {{P|Raticate}}'s page, and saw HeartGold and SoulSilver had English Dex entries, without any translation note or anything. I went in the history and saw that you added the SoulSilver one, at least, and I was wondering why. Shouldn't we either put a translation note, put the Japanese entry, or leave it blank until the English release? OR is there some official source I'm missing here?
