:No, I'm not saying they're the same. But you'll have to agree all Adventures characters are based on their game counterparts, and Silver's Sneasel in the manga is a direct reference to Silver's Sneasel in the game, which actually has some backstory. [[Ash's Pikachu]] has a section mentioning its game counterpart. [[Pika]] has a section mentioning its game counterpart.
