::And the link is in a sentence of the second bullet under the "Miscellaneous" heading. Not really noticeable if you ask me. This wouldn't matter at all if this was a thing common sense told you, e.g. not editing other user's userspace, but unfortunately, it isn't. It's an arbitrary rule and if users are supposed to abide by it, they have to be told to do so.
