Wheeler's main purpose to Altru/Team Dim Sun is unknown, as he is never involved in anything too serious. However, it may be possible that he was the one behind the invasion of the Ranger Union. Wheeler is most likely Blake Hall's accountant or right hand man of some sort. He is also extremely cowardly, insecure and paranoid (or just nervous around his boss), as evidenced by the fact he is always stroking his own hands. | |||
As shown in the final battle, he tries to get involved and make himself look important, even going to the limit of interupting Blake in some way to simply send a Bidoof upon the player to create a threat of some sort.
