Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems to me that there's nothing in the initial pre-Psyduck area but super-tall grass, and there's no way to use PokeRadar in that grass. If this is all true, then isn't finding a Miltank or a Tauros here inherently impossible? Also, it seems in this generation, you can't cut the grass either.
