Double check this with [[User:TTEchidna|someone who knows what they're doing]] first, but.
[[Template:Mlentry4]] is used on the Pokémon pages, and for that, the twelfth field is the game (like with the moveentry template I was talking about before). So you would create a separate entry for the same move that could be learned from a different father/set of fathers, and use the Pt in the twelfth field to denote that.
As far as the move pages, I don't think there's a good way to do that. They use [[Template:Moveentry]], and putting a Pt in there would make it appear at the end of the list of fathers. It'd look like the last one on the list was the only Platinum-only one. So I think that the best thing to do is add the fathers normally, but to manually add <code><nowiki><span style="color:#{{platinum color}}">Pt</span></nowiki></code> after each of the ones that are in Platinum only. There doesn't seem to be any way to do this with the template, and I don't want to go through the logistical headache of creating an LT that can handle this and replacing all the {{template|p}}s with it. --[[User:Martonimos|((<font color="#008000">Marton</font>]] [[User talk:Martonimos|<font color="#50C878">imos</font>))]] 09:36, 28 September 2008 (UTC)
