Players who received the ''Pokémon Stamp Ruby & Sapphire Stock Book'' (Japanese: ポケモンスタンプ ルビー＆サファイアストックブック) must complete the stamp set using various sheets from issues between May to September, attach the provided ball mark from each stamp sheet to the application and mail it in before the deadline, September 1, 2003. A Trainer Card would be sent to participants with an ID number, and this ID number would be used to select winners for various prizes.
