I should make note that some dialogue in BDSP had altered text to DP, in reference to future titles that Sinnoh's Legendary Pokemon cannot evolve (not all Legendary Pokemon like in gen 4), meaning the 90% calculation stated earlier in the game is still accurate to some degree.
