:: Hang on, if I'm reading the glossary more carefully and it seems that EVs are officially "base points" and the additional stat points you get from EVs are "base stats". ie at level 100 4 base points = 1 base stat. That's different to how I initially read it but that information should still be reflected here and on the EV page and currently it's not (the effort value page does interchange "effort points" with "EVs" a lot - is that some sort of compromise?).
