According to a user at DS/DSi Forum, the cause of the PC Pokémon Disappearing Glitch could be because of a fake copy of Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. But I think that it may happen with the real ones. So I'm testing it by putting a Bidoof and a Shellos in my PC and leave it alone until I enter the Hall Of Fame. But so far, they're still there.
