The awarded BP increases by 1 every two rounds until round 25, which awards 15 BP. Every round thereafter awards 15 BP. In doubles, the pattern is the same, but the first round awards 4 BP, and the awarded BP caps out at round 23 (again at 15 BP).
In the first round, the player receives 1 BP (in Single Battles) or 2 BP (in Double Battles). The base BP received increases by 1 every two rounds, up to a maximum of 15 base BP (starting in Round 25 for Single Battles, and Round 23 for Double Battles).
