I (Ultra Sun) and {{u|Lady Ariel}} (Ultra Moon) got a Poké Ball, whereas {{u|Chosen}} (Ultra Moon) and {{u|abcboy}} (Ultra Sun) got a Great Ball. In the text dump, the gift quote has a variable item, so it seems she can give multiple different possible items.
